刪除帳號說明

適用 App：安心旅人 SafeTrip（com.jixingda.safetrip）與 esim168 網站｜開發者：張政遠（Chang ChengYuan）（Google Play 開發者帳號：吉星達企業社）

方法一：在 App 內刪除

1. 開啟「安心旅人 SafeTrip」並登入。
2. 點「會員」→「刪除帳號」。
3. 確認後帳號立即刪除，所有裝置登出。

方法二：在網頁刪除

1. 到 會員登入，用同一個 Email 登入。
2. 開啟 刪除帳號，輸入 Email 並勾選確認。

方法三：寄信申請

無法登入時，用註冊的 Email 寄信到 admin@esim168.com，主旨「刪除帳號」，我們會在 7 個工作天內處理。

會刪除的資料（立即）

• 帳號（Email、名稱）與所有登入狀態
• 位置資料、親友名單、安全回報設定與寄送紀錄
• 裝置推播代碼

會保留的資料

• 訂單與付款紀錄：依稅務法規保留（最長 5 年），不再與可登入的帳號連結。
• 實名認證資料（如有）：依電信實名登記法規期限保留後刪除。

Account deletion (English)

App: SafeTrip (安心旅人 SafeTrip), com.jixingda.safetrip · Developer: Chang ChengYuan (張政遠), Google Play developer account 吉星達企業社

1. In the app: Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and signs out every device.
2. On the web: sign in, then open Delete account.
3. By email: write to admin@esim168.com from your account email with the subject "Delete account"; handled within 7 business days.

Deleted immediately: account (email, name), sign-ins, location data, friends list, check-in settings and logs, push tokens.
Kept: order and payment records, as required by tax law (up to 5 years), no longer linked to a usable account; ID verification data (if any) for the period required by telecom real-name rules, then deleted.
