本政策適用於開發者 張政遠（Chang ChengYuan）（以下稱「我們」）提供的下列服務：

• App「安心旅人 SafeTrip」（Google Play／App Store，套件名稱 com.jixingda.safetrip）
• esim168 網站 www.esim168.com 與 esim168 eSIM 購買服務

1. 我們收集的資料

• 帳號資料：Email、顯示名稱、語系、會員編號（使用者 ID）。
• 位置（只在你開啟功能時）：
  • 親友安全回報：你開啟後，App 會依你設定的時間（包含 App 關閉或未使用時，在背景）讀取位置並上傳；寄給親友的只有城市與約 1 公里精度的位置。
  • 導遊帶團：團員回報給自己的導遊時使用精確位置（約 10 公尺）；導遊的位置只給自己團的團員看。
  • 伺服器只保留每人最新一筆位置；關閉回報或結束帶團即刪除。
  • 海外急難救助：用位置判斷所在城市，顯示當地急難電話與駐外館處。
• 親友名單：你加入的親友名稱與 Email（或透過 QR Code 加入的會員）、寄送紀錄（不含座標，保留 90 天）。
• 裝置推播代碼：Firebase Cloud Messaging 代碼，用來送集合通知與安全回報通知。
• 訂單與付款紀錄：訂單編號、方案、金額、PayPal 交易編號（我們不接觸也不保存信用卡號）。
• eSIM 資料：ICCID、安裝狀態、用量（向電信供應商查詢）。
• 實名認證（僅部分 eSIM 方案）：證件資料與照片，加密保存，只供審核與電信實名登記使用。

我們不收集通訊錄、不做廣告追蹤、不使用廣告 ID，也不販售個人資料。

2. 使用目的

• 提供親友安全回報、導遊帶團、集合通知、海外急難救助等 App 功能。
• 提供 eSIM 購買、開通、客服與法令要求的實名登記。
• 帳號管理、防止詐欺與維護安全。

3. 分享對象

• 你指定的人：你設定的親友（城市與大概位置）、你加入的團的導遊（精確位置）。
• 服務供應商（只為提供服務）：Google Firebase（推播）、PayPal（付款）、eSIM 電信供應商（開通與實名登記）、Email 寄送服務。
• 依法令要求時提供給主管機關。

4. 保存與安全

• 所有連線使用 HTTPS 加密；實名認證資料以 AES-256 加密保存，存取留有稽核紀錄；證件影像於核准後 30 天、退件後 7 天刪除。
• 位置只保留最新一筆，關閉功能即刪除；寄送紀錄保留 90 天。
• 訂單與付款紀錄依稅務與電信法規保留。

5. 你的權利與刪除帳號

• 隨時可在 App 關閉安全回報、移除親友、關閉定位權限。
• 刪除帳號：App「會員 → 刪除帳號」，或網頁登入後刪除，步驟見 刪除帳號說明。
• 其他查詢、更正或刪除要求，請寄信到 admin@esim168.com。

6. 兒童

本服務不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象。

7. 政策變更

政策變更時會更新本頁的日期；重大變更會在 App 內通知。

This policy covers the app SafeTrip (安心旅人 SafeTrip) on Google Play and the App Store (package com.jixingda.safetrip) and the esim168 website, provided by the developer Chang ChengYuan (張政遠), Google Play developer account 吉星達企業社. Contact: admin@esim168.com.

Data we collect

• Account: email, display name, language, user ID.
• Location, only when you turn a feature on: Family check-ins read your location at the times you choose, including in the background when the app is closed or not in use, and send your city and an approximate location (about 1 km) to the people you pick. Group tour members share a precise location with their own guide. The server keeps only your latest location and deletes it when you turn the feature off. Emergency help uses location to show local emergency numbers and embassies.
• Friends you add (name, email or member added by QR code) and a send log without coordinates, kept for 90 days.
• Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Orders: order number, plan, amount, PayPal transaction ID (we never see card numbers); eSIM ICCID and usage.
• ID verification for some eSIM plans: encrypted ID document and photo, used only for carrier real-name registration.

How we use and share it

To run the app's features, sell and activate eSIMs, manage accounts and prevent fraud. We share data only with the people you choose (friends, your tour guide) and with service providers that run the service: Google Firebase (push), PayPal (payment), eSIM carriers, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data, track you for ads or use the advertising ID.

Security and retention

All traffic uses HTTPS. ID data is encrypted (AES-256). ID images are deleted 30 days after approval or 7 days after rejection. Location: latest fix only, deleted when turned off. Send logs: 90 days. Orders: kept as required by tax and telecom law.

Your choices and account deletion

Turn check-ins off, remove friends or revoke location permission at any time. Delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account) or on the web; see Account deletion. Other requests: admin@esim168.com.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13.
